Amuse Bouche Loch duart salmon tataki with wasabi aioli & lemon pearls 

1st Course: Wagyu beef pot stickers & kimchi dipping sauce 

2nd Course: Grand caesar salad with a twist 

3rd Course: Asian seabass with thai green curry, pearl couscous 

Palate Cleanser: buchu & mint sorbet 

4th Course: Beef filet, bearnaise sauce & choice of sides
